After putting her expertise in logistics, planning and supply at the service of big names in the industry for more than 15 years, Magali PELLOT joined AZAP as Director of Customer Monitoring & Support, and as such joined the management committee of the ‘business. She will work in tandem with Hélène SOM, promoted to Consulting and Pre-Sales Director, also a member of the CODIR, to better coordinate AZAP’s Support and Project Manager resources.


Holder of an Engineering degree in Packaging & Conditioning from ESIEC Reims, Magali began her career in 2004 at the TREVES group’s Automotive Study and Research Center as a Supply Chain Project Manager. In 2011, she joined PUM (a Saint-Gobain Distribution Bâtiment France sign) as Logistics Project Manager, before being appointed Logistics Manager in 2019. At the end of May 2023, Magali PELLOT joined AZAP, publisher and integrator of management and optimization software for Supply Chain flows, as Customer Monitoring & Support Director. This job creation aims to strengthen the quality of service to customers through the development of customer follow-up and support.

“My role is mainly to lead the relationship with the customers of the installed base and to manage the Support teams. We will work in tandem with Hélène to ensure better coordination between the interventions of the AZAP Support and Project Manager teams with regard to customer requests. The aim is in particular to better detect customers who have development projects or new projects to entrust to AZAP,” explains Magali PELLOT, Director of Customer Monitoring & Support at AZAP.



It is accompanied by a promotion of Hélène SOM to the position of Consulting and Pre-Sales Director. Engineer in Mathematics and Modeling from Polytech Clermont, and for more than 20 years at AZAP, Hélène has a perfect knowledge of AZAP solutions for having held multiple positions including Project Manager and Pre-sales Consultant. As such, she has every right to lead the team of Project Managers, whose role is to fully understand customer needs in order to respond to them as best as possible via AZAP solutions and to manage new projects with respect. time and budget constraints.
