During the Supply Chain Event, the editor Azap presented its solutions, intended for planning and optimization. The opportunity to take stock with Manuel Montalban, its CEO, on the company’s roadmap and its recent announcements.

 

Last spring, Azap announced the launch of Azap4.0, the next generation of its software suite dedicated to supply chain planning and optimization. A cloud platform made up of different independent modules, which the publisher is gradually offering to the market. “We have already been able to release the Store Replenishment and Collaborative Forecasting modules, and we will soon be offering Warehouse Replenishment. We are therefore gradually expanding the Azap4.0 cloud platform, while offering compatibility with the Classic version of our solution. Thus, a customer can keep his current version, and add one of our new modules according to his needs, “explains Manuel Montalban, CEO of Azap.

An approach that the company wishes to personalize according to the activities of the companies. “This platform is flexible, and each module or service can be configured to offer a solution closer to the realities of the customer.” A specificity of adaptation to the need which convinced Pum, a subsidiary of Saint-Gobain Distribution Bâtiment France, specialized in the trading of network products, for which Azap has deployed a centralized supply optimization solution, in order to save time for agency staff. And in the event that specific developments are necessary for a client, Azap can then generalize them in order to offer them as standard to others: “Our products are constantly evolving according to demand“.
