PILOT Corporation of Europe (PCE), si\u00e8ge Europ\u00e9en du groupe Japonais PILOT, deuxi\u00e8me fabricant mondial d\u2019instruments d\u2019\u00e9criture, choisit les solutions de planification avanc\u00e9e de la Supply Chain AZAP, pour fiabiliser ses pr\u00e9visions de vente en central et au niveau de la distribution France et Europe.<\/p>\n

Un projet ambitieux : MIKOMI<\/h5>\n

PCE, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Allonzier-la-Caille, pr\u00e8s d\u2019Annecy en Savoie (74), a pour mission de soutenir sur le plan marketing et logistique ses 7 filiales et ses 20 distributeurs Europ\u00e9ens, couvrant ainsi une quarantaine de pays en Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n

En f\u00e9vrier 2016, dans un contexte d\u2019accroissement significatif de ses volumes de vente et du renforcement de son organisation Supply Chain, PCE lance le projet MIKOMI afin de fiabiliser ses pr\u00e9visions de ventes, autant sur le plan des processus que sur le choix d\u2019un outil de pr\u00e9vision d\u00e9di\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n

Le site de production et distribution d\u2019Annecy s\u2019\u00e9tend sur plus de 10 000 m\u00b2 et assure l\u2019approvisionnement des filiales et distributeurs europ\u00e9ens du groupe. Il dispose de 7 presses \u00e0 injecter et de 6 lignes d\u2019assemblage sophistiqu\u00e9es et fabrique pr\u00e8s de 40 millions de stylos par an.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre du projet de fiabilisation des pr\u00e9visions porte sur un peu plus de 2 300 articles d\u00e9clin\u00e9s en 6 000 produits conditionn\u00e9s, couvrant principalement les stylos, les blisters et les pr\u00e9sentoirs (PLV).<\/span><\/p>\n

La pr\u00e9vision est d\u00e9taill\u00e9e en fonction des diff\u00e9rents modes de distribution des produits : livraison de PCE vers des clients finaux, livraison de PCE vers les clients distributeurs (ayant un stock) et livraison du Japon vers les clients distributeurs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les pr\u00e9visions sont faites au mois sur un horizon de 20 mois soit environ 360 000 enregistrements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Des processus existants \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer<\/h5>\n

Le projet men\u00e9 par PCE et AZAP int\u00e8gre une optimisation des processus existants de gestion des pr\u00e9visions au niveau central et pour la distribution France ; et un accompagnement des distributeurs Europ\u00e9ens PILOT dans leur d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n

Au niveau des processus, 2 niveaux de gestion de la pr\u00e9vision sont ainsi identifi\u00e9s :<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Pr\u00e9vision centrale, avec la mise en place d\u2019un \u00e9change d\u2019information entre PCE et les pays ;<\/li>\n
  • Pr\u00e9vision locale, avec la r\u00e9colte et la consolidation des informations provenant des \u00e9quipes Commerciales et Marketing locales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Au niveau de l\u2019outil, le souhait est de d\u00e9velopper un \u00ab core model \u00bb sur le process central PCE qui puisse ensuite \u00eatre transpos\u00e9 sur le process local des distributeurs, comportant des modules adapt\u00e9s pour les permanents, les op\u00e9rations promotionnelles et les nouveaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

    Le choix d\u2019AZAP<\/h5>\n

    Le choix de PCE se porte en juillet 2016 sur la suite logicielle AZAP et ses modules Pr\u00e9vision de la Demande (client et web) et Reporting, r\u00e9pondant notamment aux besoins fonctionnels prioritaires :<\/p>\n

    • Calcul automatique des pr\u00e9visions de permanents (afin de pouvoir revoir les calculs \u00e0 fr\u00e9quence mensuelle ou \u00e0 la demande, et se concentrer sur les promotions, les pr\u00e9visions \u00ab exceptionnelles \u00bb, la gestion des anomalies et les analyses) ;<\/li>\n
    • Am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 des pr\u00e9visions de vente ;<\/li>\n
    • Mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019outils d\u2019analyse et de reporting permettant une d\u00e9tection rapide des \u00e9carts entre ventes r\u00e9elles et pr\u00e9visions de vente et un retour aux personnes fournissant des pr\u00e9visions sur la qualit\u00e9 de leurs donn\u00e9es (fiabilit\u00e9 des pr\u00e9visions) ;<\/li>\n
    • Mise en archive et versioning des pr\u00e9visions valid\u00e9es mensuellement de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pouvoir suivre la qualit\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9vision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Le projet impacte in fine une dizaine d\u2019utilisateurs en central et en mode collaboratif web dans les pays.<\/p>\n

      De plus, le projet MIKOMI et l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation d\u2019AZAP s\u2019int\u00e8grent parall\u00e8lement et de fa\u00e7on compl\u00e9mentaire au d\u00e9ploiement de l\u2019ERP Dynamics AX, d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 sur les fonctions Finance, Gestion Commerciale, Achats\/Approvisionnement, Logistique et Production. \u00c0 terme, AZAP Pr\u00e9vision de la Demande alimentera nativement l\u2019ERP de MICROSOFT dans le traitement de la pr\u00e9vision.<\/p>\n

      \u00ab Cette nouvelle signature affirme encore un peu plus le positionnement incontournable d\u2019AZAP sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019industrie des PGC (non alimentaires ici) et des solutions de pr\u00e9vision de la demande.
